In case of any dispute arising from the contractual relationship or resulting from or in connection with the conclusion, interpretation, execution, or termination of this relationship, it will be resolved either by petitions addressed to the competent courts or through arbitration by the Arbitration Court of the Cluj Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in accordance with its procedures and by a sole arbitrator. Each party is recognized the option to choose one of the two dispute resolution methods.
